Scoopin’ Poop Suits will contact you via text message once en route to your property.

While we love dogs as if they were our own, we ask that they be kept inside while we are cleaning your property.

Once the job is complete you will receive communication from us again letting you know your fence is secure as well as showing you a photo of your shut gate, if applicable. NOTE: If you utilize our cat service, a Scoopin’ Poop Suits teammate can simply send you before and after photos of your litter box from the front porch of your residence.

Our first priority is safety for our team. Service will be temporarily halted during periods of heavy rain and lightning. This also includes possible impassable roads due to potential flooding. As soon as severe weather lifts, we’ll be back out ASAP in our suits scoopin’ up your dogs poop.
We will make every effort we can to come out within 24 hours of your regularly scheduled time. During Winter months we do not incur much snow, but if it does snow we will reschedule and stay in communication with you regarding the next available time and day we can come out and service your property.

Yes, here at Scoopin’ Poop Suits we are fully insured.

Our residential clients do not have to worry about discarding their pet’s poop. Our job is to scoop and remove the poop for you, AT NO EXTRA COST.
Commercial clients, this service is negotiable.

No, it's not required. A teammate will contact you via text to let you know we are on the way to your home or commercial property. We just need access to your gate or fence. If for some reason we can't access your yard, a teammate will attempt to contact you and wait at least 15 minutes for a response before leaving.
When a teammate is able to get in contact with you, and you're unable to provide access, another time will be scheduled for a teammate to come back out and complete the cleaning.

If your scheduled service falls on any holidays we can modify your service day and respond the day before or after. We will work with our clients to make sure service is completed.
